Activities will include Glass Walking, Breaking Boards with our bare hands, Partner rebar bending, Breaking arrows with our throats and will conclude with FireWalking!

These activities may sound dangerous but are safe. They are designed to challenge your fears and help you overcome obstacles in your path. What can you not accomplish knowing you've walked on fire? Upon completion of these activities most people feel an overwhelming sense of accomplishment.

Glass Walk: In this excercise we will walk barefoot across 50lbs of broken glass with out a scratch. This will teach you to pay attention 100% to what you are doing in the moment. Become completely self aware.

Board Breaking: Many people believe that only trained martial artists can break boards with their bare hands. This is not so! In this activity each participant will smash through a board that represents an obstacle in their lives.

Partner Rebar Bending: Rebar are the steel reinforcement bars used in concrete structures. Using a partner we will be bending these with our throats. Sounds impossible? Not so! This will be an excercise in trust. Both partners must commit 100% for this to work.

Arrow: Its takes 75 PPS (pounds per square inch) of pressure to puncture the trachea. Our arrows break at a maximum of 35 PPS. We will place the tips of the arrows the hollows of our thoats and pushing the other end against a wall until the arrow snaps. This is an excercise in overcoming a major mental block.

Amy Sigil: Amy will be fully participating in all of these activities. She will also be giving a talk on her inspirations and how she overcame her fears.

Nyx: Dark Fusion BellyDance

FireWalk: To this day scientists do not know what makes humans able to walk on fire without being burned. With coals that burn at over 1200 degrees fahrenheit, it is a daunting idea to be sure. This is pure mind over matter. One must literally step through their preconcieved notions and fears to find that what we often call impossible is actually within our grasp.
